MADE TO ORDER OUTFITS:  Please allow 7-14 business days processing time. This does not include WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. You will receive an email or text notification when your order has shipped.

READY TO SHIP OUTFITS (WILL SAY READY TO SHIP IN THE TITLE) -  Please allow 1-3 business days processing time. You will receive an email or text notification when your order has shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Pretty Kitty Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing please contact the shipping provider selected and file a claim.
